Nghiên cứu cấu trúc hạt nhân của 76Ni
The nuclear structure of 76Ni nucleus was investigated through the (p,2p) reaction using Na(Tl) crystal arrays for prompt gamma-ray detection. A new gamma transition with an energy of 2227 keV and two previously known transitions of 2441 and 2838 keV were identified. According to the record, the new observed transition fed the 4+1 state, the others fed the 2+1 state. On the basis of the analysis, it was determined that the gamma transition from the 2+1 state to the ground 0+1 state was obtained at 990 keV. Additionally, the partial cross section of each recorded state was measured in the experiment. All experimental values of this study may make a significant contribution to the international nuclear data sheet for studying the nuclear structure of strange neutron-rich nuclei far from stability.
The above results have been published in Physical Review C: https://journals.aps.org/prc/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevC.99.014312.
The experiment on 76Ni was conducted at RIKEN, Japan with the participation of Nuclear Physics group from the Institute for Nuclear Science and Technology (INST).
